There were apparently also no replacement coffee makers in the hotel. Not available? How about just cleaning the room before a new guest arrives?The coffee maker was broken. We called down to the front desk to have them move us and were told that the hotel was sold out,they could not move us and that 'housekeeping services were unavailable due to COVID19'. There was no way that anyonein housekeeping could have missed the lack of cleanliness. There was trash from previous guests that didn't get taken out, an empty cup and napkins peeking out from under the bed. Not just a little dusty but full on gross. When we woke up, we noticed that the room was dirty. We arrived very late in the evening after driving over 6 hours and went to sleep right away. It is my LAST trip to this location ever. Now that my kids have kids, we brought them this weekend for the first time. My family has been visiting Laughlins for over 30 years and we usually stay at Harrah's. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I've been traveling throughout our country and the world.
